Christchurch WOWS the judges and does it again!!
Christchurch City Chorus have taken out the national Sweet Adelines competition on Saturday 5 May in Wellington for the 11th time. The women’s chorus has worked hard for the win, impressing the judges with their vocal skills and barbershop harmony. Their combined scores rank the singing group among the world’s best Sweet Adelines International choruses, and puts Christchurch on the world map with this achievement.
